of La Vergne's most popular annual events is back! Grab your running
shoes and join us for the 2026 Howl at the Moon 5K Run on Friday, August
21, 2026, at Veterans Memorial Park.
Whether
you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun evening challenge,
this nighttime race is a great way to get active and enjoy the community
atmosphere. This USATF-sanctioned race offers a professionally measured
course and is perfect for both competitive runners and casual
participants alike.

Awards:
There are 8 age divisions ranging from young runners to senior citizens. Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each category and to the first male and female overall.
