Wyatt Preston Miller, the 2-year-old grandson of one of Wilson County employees, lovingly known as the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt NICU Mayor, has already saved three lives through the gift of organ donation. His heart is still beating through the life he helped save.
