The Franklin Police Department is hosting a FREE Citizens’ Response to Active Shooter Seminar on Monday, Nov. 9, at 5:30 p.m. at Franklin Police Headquarters, 900 Columbia Ave.
During this 90-minute seminar, participants will learn practical strategies to help them recognize warning signs, develop a survival mindset and make critical decisions during an active threat.
With the busy holiday season approaching and more people gathering at shopping centers, places of worship, community events and other public spaces, now is a good time to learn how you can be better prepared for an emergency.
Spots are still available! To register, email Donna.Thorpe@franklintn.gov and include the number of people attending.
