The 2026 Senior & Caregiver Expo, powered by Upper Cumberland Development District and the Upper Cumberland Area Agency on Aging and Disability, will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Life Church.
This year’s theme—“Welcome to Resource City”—brings a Nashville-inspired twist with vibrant energy, all centered around one goal: connecting seniors, caregivers, and families with the resources, support, and services that make everyday life easier and more fulfilling.
After an incredible 2025 Expo with more than 1,100 attendees, we’re excited to build on that momentum and make 2026 even bigger.
