Warren County Prevention and Intervention Coalition and the Warren County Sheriff's Department Team Up with DEA for the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day:
On Saturday, April 25th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Warren County Prevention and Intervention Coalition and the Warren County Sheriff's Department will join the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in hosting the DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day at 226 Hobson St., McMinnville, TN 37110. (Tractor Supply Parking Lot).
DEA and its partners will collect tablets, capsules, patches, and other solid forms of prescription drugs. The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day has been helping Americans safely dispose of unneeded medications—those that are old, unwanted, or expired—to prevent misuse and abuse for many years.
Take Back Day offers free and anonymous disposal of unneeded medications at nearly 4,500 drop-off locations nationwide.
