Over the weekend, officers responded to a construction site after receiving a call that someone was actively stealing construction materials.
Officers quickly arrived and located a 31-year-old Antioch man loading the supplies into his truck from a house that was under construction.
Officers determined the man was intoxicated. He was arrested without incident and charged with public intoxication and theft.
