On New Year’s Eve, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, with the assistance of Warren County patrol deputies, executed a search warrant at a residence located on Rattlesnake Road in Warren County. As a result of the search, three individuals were arrested on multiple charges. Kristyn A. Spangler and Nathaniel D. Tippens were taken into custody on drug-related charges, while Joshua W. Taylor was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection.
During the execution of the search warrant, investigators located several plastic baggies containing a crystal-like substance believed to be Methamphetamine, U.S. currency, and drug paraphernalia, including plastic baggies, digital scales, and pipes.
Kristyn A. Spangler was charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Simple Possession of a Schedule II Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Nathaniel D. Tippens was charged with Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Violation of Parole, and Failure to Appear.
Joshua W. Taylor, who was also present at the residence during the search, was charged with Violation of an Order of Protection.
Sheriff Jackie D. Matheny, Jr. praised the efforts of his personnel following the arrests. “I am extremely proud of our Narcotics Division and the deputies who assisted in this operation,” said Sheriff Matheny. “Their dedication and commitment to our mission of identifying, locating, and arresting those involved in the illegal possession and trafficking of narcotics is vital to keeping our communities safe.”
