Around 11 PM Sunday night, LaVergne Police dispatch received a BOLO (Be on the Lookout) for a stolen vehicle that had fled from Smyrna Police. Officers from the La Vergne Police Department quickly saturated the area where the vehicle was reportedly headed and soon located it on Wolverine Trail; however, the occupants fled on foot prior to their arrival. LaVergne officers assisted in searching the area until Smyrna Police arrived and took over the investigation. W. If any residents in the area have home security footage or other video that may assist in identifying the suspects, please contact LaVergne Police or the Smyrna Police Department.
