Monday afternoon at approximately 12:30 p.m. DeKalb County Fire Department was dispatched to a fully involved combine on fire on Coon Branch rd. in the Alexandria area.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a combine fully involved with fire. Water supply was established and fire attack crews were able to successfully protect the nearby vehicles and structures and keep the fire from spreading.
DeKalb County Fire Department’s Main Station and Liberty Station responded to the fire. DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department also assisted at the scene.
